Regional Category Manager – Fragrances & Make Up
Our client is a well-known cosmetic & beauty luxury brand with proven track record, they are looking for a high caliber to join their dynamic team as Regional Product Manager/Category Manager. This position is to lead, guide and support marketing activities of the brand in Asia Pacific. Responsibilities:
- To act as a project leader to implement 360 degrees launch program and visual merchandising;
- To ensure launch readiness working with headquarter and regional team members and right sizing of new launches with their trade plans;
- To keep liaison with local marketing teams in Marketing teams and update Marketing Plan;
- To classify common needs amongst market and initiate regional program to close gaps in Central offer;
- To identify trends and opportunity by conducting category analysis regularly.
Requirement:
- At least 5 years in Product Marketing within International environment.
- Local market experiences a must, preferably in Cosmetics. Experience in luxury brands a plus.
- Fluent English and Mandarin (ability in Cantonese and French and other Asian languages a plus).
- Experience in marketing including a good understanding in CRM and digital marketing
- Familiar with operational processes of the industry including forecasting, logistics, counter management, advertising production, PR methodologies, visual merchandising.
- Have both hands on and supervisory experience.
- Have strong skill on project management and communication.
