Regional Category / Product Manager – Make Up
Our client is a leading international luxury beauty brand with the proven track record. They are looking for a great talent in category management and marketing strategies with digital savvy to join their dynamic team as Regional Category Manager for the Asia Region.

Responsibilities:
- To report to the Regional Marketing Manager, this role is to ensure the efficient elaboration and implementation of the harmonized make-up strategies for the Asia Pacific Region.
- To act as a project leader to implement 360 degrees launch program and visual merchandising;
- To facilitate the strategic marketing planning for the category; ensure launch readiness working with headquarter, other regional functions and the local affiliates;
- To analyze the needs amongst market and initiate regional program to optimize the offer from Head Office
- To support markets and the Central Marketing team to develop make-up category and the business.
Requirement:
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing and category management within an international context.
- Local market experiences a must, preferably in Cosmetics. Experience in luxury brands is advantageous.
- Fluent English, ability in Cantonese and French and other Asian languages is a plus.
- Digital Savvy with good understanding in CRM and operational processes of the industry
- Analytical thinking with strong numerical skills and business mindset.
- Proactive and open-minded with excellent communication and organizational skills
