Our client is a leading international luxury beauty group with proven track record. They are looking for a seasoned caliber to join their dynamic team as Regional CRM Manager for the APAC market.

Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement CRM strategies across digital and physical consumer touchpoints and ensure the regional execution is in line with the global direction;
- To drive leads acquisition and grow customer database in Asia Pacific region;
- To monitor and implement policies, guidelines, standards and best practice for VIP and loyalty programs;
- To work closely with the digital marketing and ecommerce teams on identifying and developing strategies for more effective targeting and personalization across different social media platform with the use of CRM data;
- To drive omni-channel roll-out project for the region;
- To monitor and analyze the result of CRM programs and derive corresponding enhancement plan.
Requirement:
- Degree holder, education background in Marketing/ Information Management or other related discipline is an advantage;
- 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in luxury retail sector; experience in luxury beauty brands will be highly regarded;
- CRM exposure in agency environment will be a plus;
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in other Asian language will be a plus;
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and analytical skills;
- Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment, a good team player with sophistication in working with different stakeholders.
