Regional Human Resources Assistant – Part Time
Our client is a perfumery, cosmetics, and skincare line of a French house, and belongs to the world’s largest luxury group. The group is now looking for a Regional Human Resources Assistant to join their dynamic team and support their growing business. The role is to support her supervisors to handle full spectrum of compensation & benefit duties; and also general HR issues for multi-brands. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who desires to build an international career.

Responsibilities
- To support the regional human resources management for full spectrum of human resources functions with focus on compensation and recruitment, business operation and office administration.
- To assist the management in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures to support company objectives;
- To closely work with different brands on human resources issues and projects.
- To compile & review monthly and yearly reports and statistics;
- To involve in ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in HR Management or Business Administration;
- 1 year working experience in human resources is preferable
- Good command of written and spoken in Chinese, English and Mandarin;
- Excellent communication skill, problem solving skill, detail-minded and proactive and able to manage multi tasks.
- Proficiency in MS office applications.
- Undergraduate students are also welcome.
