Regional Trainer
Our client is an international recognized and luxury group in which aims to deliver the quality product and service to the customers. This is well known brand is looking for a high caliber for the position of Regional Trainer to join their energetic team and support the business development in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement training strategy in co-ordination with the Regional Training Manager;
- Validate and adapt all training tools in local language and local needs;
- Increase BC productivity and market share through regular training and on-counter coaching;
- Monitor yearly regional training budge to be discussed with Regional Training Manager;
- Evaluate and review BC performance, evolution of the BC skills, action plan and best practices with Regional Training Manager and Area Manager;
- Optimize retail performance and define action plans with Field Supervisor & Area Manager;
- Support on ad-hoc projects and assist in regional BC Seminar/workshop by areas;
Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline;
- Around 3 years of professional training experience preferred in luxury/cosmetic retail environment;
- Solid experience in field coaching with extensive knowledge or certified in make-up is a plus;
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Strong coaching skills with retail mindset;
- Positive thinking, result-oriented, proactive and creative;
- 60% of field presence and willing to travel;
- Basic in MS Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing;
