Our client is a well-known beauty care brand with proven track record, who is looking for Regional Education Manager/ Head of Training to join their team. |
Responsibilities |
- Responsible for training materials preparation including proofreading and content enhancement of current training support documents
- Closely Work with the National Education Managers on the guideline of education activities, area of development, markets feedback collection and analysis.
- Actively participate in the conceptualization of new product launches (tools; techniques; sales techniques) by assisting the marketing team in brain-storming sessions.
- Liaise and facilitate/exchange best practices among the countries and with HQ
- Monitor compiling / translating the training materials for the region
- Provide Artistic leadership and guidance in collaboration with the Headmistresses of the Singapore, Shanghai and Seoul Academy and collaborate with the Hong Kong Academy
- Adapt and execute corporate Education strategy, programs and activities in the Region and make sure they are executed in line with regional standards

Requirements |
- Tertiary education in any disciplines with good makeup skills
- Outstanding people management with excellent team motivation skills
- Result oriented, Self-driven and entrepreneurial
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Solid experience in field coaching/product training program design with strong strategic thinking mind-set
- Minimum 5 year working experience in training roles, experience in cosmetic retail environment and luxury industry is an advantage
