They are looking for a seasoned caliber to join their dynamic team as Retail Manager in Travel Retail for the Asia market. Responsibilities
- Maximize retail sales in assigned doors to grow market share, ranking productivity of each counter in the area, whilst protecting and enhancing the image of the organisation supervise, coach and motivate various areas of management
- Responsible for recruitment and team development
- Responsible for image and execution excellence
- Responsible for in-store promotions and events execution
- In charge of Retail Management Projects implementation and follow-up
Requirements
- At least 5-year experience in Retail at supervision level;
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with people-oriented supervisory and leadership; skills, experienced in building effective teams;
- Resourceful and able to find solutions to complex situations;
- Customer and sales focus, with good coaching and customer service and negotiation skills;
- Result-driven, highly independent, and responsible with ambition, motivation and dynamism;
- Based in office with most time in the stores and partly in the office.
