Our client is a well-known beauty care brand with proven track record, who is looking for the Retail Manager to join their team. |
Responsibilities |
- To perform sales data analysis, derive enhancement plans and strengthen business result;
- To participate in staff recruitment and performance evaluation process, provide coaching and training to workteam so as to optimize team performance; conduct regular field visits;
- To be responsible for stock management and product forecasting, work closely with Marketing and Product Teams so as to better match stock level with launch strategies;
- To follow closely on Purchase Order procedure, monitor suppliers’ payment schedule;
- To implement trade marketing plans, maintain close relationship with trade partners

Requirements
|
- Tertiary education in any disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in retailing with 2 years in managerial positions; experience in cosmetics or luxury products is an advantage;
- Native Cantonese and communicative English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage;
- Outstanding leadership, people management and communication skills, as well as strong analytical consideration;
- Multi-tasking, self-motivated, presentable and independent
