Responsibilities
- To motivate sales team to provide excellent service and achieve sales target;
- To be responsible for data analysis, sales and target tracking;
- To maintain store operational efficiency and effectiveness;
- To prepare periodic update reports for sales management and communicate competition’s marketing activity to management;
- To be responsible for inventory management and ensure optimum inventory at stores;
- To work closely with marketing team and support trade marketing and CRM programme as well as in-store promotion execution.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in any discipline;
- At least 5 years of sales and retail management experience in luxury retail industry; experience in cosmetics sector will be an advantage;
- Excellent communication, organization and team-building skills;
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- A result-driven achiever with ambition, motivation and dynamism.
