Retail Operations Assistant
Our client is a well-known luxury beauty company with proven track record, who is looking for a Retail Operations Assistant to join their team. It is an exciting opportunity for talents who are passionate to build a career at a high-end brand.

Responsibilities:
- To prepare payroll for Retail Team and ensure all information is managed properly;
- To coordinate full time and part time manpower arrangement and duty roster for Retail Team;
- To assist retail employees’ recruitment and selection process;
- To formulate reports for Management review;
- To be responsible for operational arrangements of uniforms, shoes and name badges;
- To provide full administrative and clerical support to Sales and Retail team, and acts as one of the main contact point between office and stores
- To support ad hoc projects when necessary
Requirement:
- University graduate preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail operations support, preferred with exposure to international brands / beauty industry
- Computer Literacy (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
