Client Information	Our client is a well-known international Fashion and Leather brand with proven track record, it carries a trendy and stylish label, who is looking for a Retail Operations Officer / Assistant to join their team. *A candidate with more experiences will be considered as Retail Operations Officer.* Industry: Fashion & Leather
Responsibilities	Provide clerical and administrative support to HK & Macau retail operations team and stores; Act as the key contact point between stores and office for coordination of operational activities; Ensure smooth procedures and policies are applied well in stores; Produce weekly/monthly sales reports; Assist in the coordination of new store opening / renovation projects; In charge of organizing staff sales events and supporting other ad hoc campaigns.
Requirements	Tertiary education in any disciplines; Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail industry; Good written and spoken English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus; Well organized, responsible and customer oriented with effective communication skills; Good at using Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.
