Our client is a well-known international Fashion and Leather brand with proven track record. The company is famous for its luxurious and stylish label and is now looking for a Retail Operations Officer / Assistant to join their team. A candidate with more experiences will be considered as Retail Operations Officer. |
| Responsibilities |
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HK & Macau retail operations team and stores;
- Act as the key contact point between stores and office for coordination of operational activities;
- Ensure operations for in store arrangements and implementation for retail training programme;
- Prepare sales report and required paper such as training materials to assure running of operational task;
- Cooperate with account and HR department regarding front lines staff attendance and payroll records, personnel record update and others;
- Data entry, reports consolidation, materials delivery and assist ad hoc campaigns as required.

| Requirements |
- Tertiary education in any disciplines;
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail industry, preferably in luxury fashion;
- Good written and spoken English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;
- Well organized, responsible and customer oriented with effective communication skills;
- Good at using Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.
