Our client is a fast growing lifestyle brand devoted to designing, developing and producing a high quality of consumer products, who is looking for the Sales and Business Development Manager to join their team and support their business expansion in the China market. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager. |
Responsibilities |
- To initiate, implement and monitor the business development strategies and maximize penetration to the China market;
- To identify and seek out potential business partners in the China market; develop and maintain sound business relationships;
- To plan and implement strategic marketing plan to drive business development and enhance brand building;
- To conduct market research and monitor the trend of the prospective China market through regular visits; ensure up-to-date business planning, strategy formulation and effective market penetration;
- To lead the team to deliver effective marketing communications; initiate and implement digital marketing campaign to strengthen the brand image.

- Degree holder preferably in Business administration/ Marketing or related disciplines; overseas’ study experience is an advantage;
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in business development/ sales/ marketing; experience in licensing business/ lifestyle or collectible brands is an advantage;
- Knowledgeable about the China market; experience in handling the China market is a must;
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
- Strong analytical, quantitative, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Strong marketing sense, open-minded, flexible;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
