Client Information Our client is an international well-known brand in the fast moving consumer goods industry with proven track record, who is looking for a Sales Manager for Open Trade business to join their dynamic team and support their growing business.

Responsibilities
  • To be the lead of the open trade business; plan and manage the annual budget;
  • To initiate and execute the annual sales strategy for General Trade channel; work closely with functional team e.g. sales and trade to drive business performance;
  • To set up and execute annual / quarterly incentive programs for distributors and wholesalers;
  • To conduct regular business review and derive enhancement plan when necessary;
  • To explore and develop new businesses and be responsible for new products introduction;
  • To ensure all business practices comply with policies and regulations of the government and the company.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education preferably in business related discipline;
  • 5 years’ solid experience in sales/ trade marketing management; experience in FMCG industry or food and beverage sector will be an advantage;
  • Fluent Chinese and English;
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong business acumen with numerical sense;
  • Proactive, open-minded, flexible with high level of integrity.

·         To develop retail merchandising strategy and display guideline for different distribution channels;

·         To be responsible for channel activity planning and collaborate with marketing and retail sales team to address consumer and shopper issue;

·         To lead merchandising material design and development for regular/ promotion/ new product launch display;

·         To take the lead and drive merchandising innovation and uplift product on-shelf visibility;

·         To monitor internal process of procurement, production and delivery.
