Sales Supervisor

Our client is a young and dynamic health & beauty company with continuous business growth, to cope with their rapid expansion, they are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor focusing on Health Supplement and Skin Care products to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Set monthly sales target and monitor sales performance closely
- Supervise and lead at least 40 promoters to achieve sales target and meet customer services standard
- Manage promoters’ roasters and leave application approval
- Ensure the below-the-line (BTL) promotion is effective executed in key channels
- Monitor and calculate the monthly incentives for promoters
- Foster mutually beneficial relationship with key channels, esp. with the Operations employees
- Execute any ad hoc sales projects assigned
Requirements
- F.5 graduate or above educational level
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in in retail industry, preferably with good knowledge of health care and skin care products
- Strong leadership, good people management and communication skills
- Strong self-motivation, multi-tasking and numeric intelligent
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese
