Our client is a well-known international luxury beauty brand with proven track record, who is looking for the (Senior) CRM and Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. | Responsibilities |
- To be responsible for driving digital communications through online channels including to create marketing campaign to improve customer engagement
- To work with digital agency for achieving effective online campaign and to monitor social brand voice is within brand positioning as well as tracking and evaluating campaign effectiveness
- To implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and O2O campaign to increase traffic and sales.
- To adapt and update on regular basis the brand website according to HQ guideline and material
- To maintain the database to migrate into the efficient CRM program including redemption and deliver marketing campaigns to enhance conversion, retention and reactivation
- To develop customer lifecycle program and CRM calendar to optimize customer journey for building customer loyalty.
- To prepare CRM related reports and analysis for marketing and sales team as well as preparing customer list extraction and designing communication

- Tertiary education preferably in business administration, marketing or related discipline;
- At least 2 years’ experience in CRM or Digital marketing in retail, experience in luxury beauty and cosmetics industry and/or CRM or digital background is highly preferred;
- Sensitive to marketing and beauty trends
- Strong analytical consideration and communication skills;
- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
- Enthusiastic and dynamic
- A candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant CRM and Digital Manager
