Our client is a well-known international beauty brand with proven track record, who is looking for the HR Officer to join their team. A candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer.

Responsibilities |
- To assist the Supervisors to handle daily operations of Compensation & Benefits including Monthly Payroll, Leave & Benefits Administration, HRIS maintenance and system update/reporting, HR Analysis and Reporting, and various ad-hoc projected as assigned
- To assist in other annual exercises and projects as assigned such as annual salary review, group medical and life insurance, salaries tax
- To support HR Manager in delivering various C&B programs e.g. salary review, salary benchmarking, annual insurance renewal etc
- To assist reviewing and formulating HR polices, procedure and systems for the group
- To prepare regular HR reports and workforce analysis for management for review
- To support any ad-hoc projects

- Degree holder preferably major in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources in retail industry preferably in compensation and benefit or payroll management, with experience in MNC environment or luxury beauty will be an advantage
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong will be an advantage
- Detail minded, patient with strong numerical sense and good time management
- Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Strong Excel knowledge and HR project administration experience
