Our client is a leading international luxury group with proven track record. They are looking for a seasoned HR leader to join their team, who is able to lead the HR team and provide wide range of HR services for the local market.

Responsibilities |
- To drive local HR strategies based on local business needs and growth;
- To act as the business partner with business units and serve as the first contact point for management with regards to HR strategies and issues; provide solutions and recommendations for HR matters and solve employee problems;
- To cooperate with Regional HR and Management to develop, review and improve the Compensation & Benefits practices, talent and organization development plan and other people initiatives;
- To lead and recruit right candidates based on business needs;
- To lead the team on managing payrolls, benefit / MPF administration and taxation;
- To train and develop HR management leaders and expert;
- To manage HRIS and support system development and enhancement;
- To supervise office administration team.

- Degree holder;
- 10 years relevant experience preferably in retail industry; experience in high-end/ luxury retail brands preferred;
- Possessing solid C&B and HR operation experiences;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Possessing good understanding on retail operation and HRIS; knowledge on digital transformation and animation (e.g. business intelligence, social media usage for employer branding and employee communication, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
- Independent, confident, detail-minded and multi-tasking.
