Our client is a fast-growing and high-end collectible brand, devoted to designing, developing and producing a high quality of collectibles, who is looking for a caliber in Project and Event Management join their team. A candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Project and Event Manager.

Responsibilities |
- To report to Project Manager to support the entire project for new point-of-sale/ events/ exhibitions, from conception and visual merchandising; project planning, on-site management to project evaluation;
- To coordinate with external partners, including media agency, production house and licensors for execution of production project;
- To assist for the control of budget, workflow and prepare relevant reports for management review.
- To prepare materials including draft collaterals and publicity materials for communication as well as conducting procuring of materials and equipments for events
- Support in any ad hoc assignments

Requirements |
- Tertiary education; preferably in Design, event management or related discipline;
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in event/ project management; experience in visual merchandizing will be a strong advantage;
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English; business level of Mandarin;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an advantage;
- Outstanding analytical consideration, organization and presentation skills;
- Self-motivated, independent and creative;
- A candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Project and Event Manager
