This well-known brand is looking for a passionate caliber for the position of Store Manager to join their energetic team and support the business development in local market.

Responsibilities
- To perform store and stock management in accordance to the company’s guidelines
- To lead and motivate a sizable team to provide customer service and create a pleasant working environment
- To boost sales performance and analyze store performance
- To train and recruit team members
- To coordinate with CRM team, HR department and work closely with GM on store objectives
- To perform any ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of store operations or sales management experience
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proven track record of sales generations
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with leadership skills
- Passionate in beauty and able to work in fast pace
- Proficiency in MS office
- Knowledge in Point of Sales System and Client Tracking Systems
