Our client is a high quality beauty and health supplement brand with proven track record, who is looking for the Store Supervisor to join their team. A candidate with more experience will be considered as Store Manager.

| Responsibilities |
- To manage daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandizing and ensure customer service standards;
- To motivate the team, provide coaching, support and performance feedback on a regular basis to optimize team performance in terms of customer service standards, sales performance and the enforcement of company policies;
- To provide training to front-line staff to improve their sales techniques and service quality;
- To strengthen the brand image by developing and maintaining good customer relationship

- Tertiary education; preferably in business administration or related discipline;
- 4 years’ working experience in retail operations with 2 years in supervisory level; experience in FMCG sector/ health and beauty industry will be an advantage;
- Fluent Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin;
- Proficiency in Japanese is highly preferred;
- Good organization, communication and leadership skills;
- Presentable, multi-tasking, self-motivated;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Store Manager
