| Responsibilities |
- Supervise and motivate the IT teams and IT operations in the Company
- Responsible for supporting all aspects of internal systems infrastructure to help maintain the smooth running of the business and enable users to carry out their roles efficiently
- Participate in planning the future system needs of the business, in terms of computer architecture, system analysis etc., and ensure tight control over budgets
- Review, police and maintain secure systems environment to prevent unauthorized access
- Maintain a quality, up-to-date system documentation

| Requirements |
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in in-house I.T. with 2 years in supervising role
- Solid experience in C# .NET, VB .NET, ASP .NET Web Application, ASP .NET Web Service Application, Crystal Reports, Silverlight, IBM Rational Application Developer, IBM WebSphere Application Server, JavaServer Faces (JSF), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Flash ActionScript
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
- Experienced in shipping industry as a strong advantage
- Business level of both spoken and written English with excellent communication skills
- Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work
- Strong leadership skills, analytical mind-set with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to explorer new technology.
- Immediately available is highly preferred
