Our client is a well-known and fast-growing lifestyle brand with proven track record, who is looking for the Accounting Assistant to join their team and support their growing business. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Clerk. |
| Responsibilities |
- To handle full set of account; coordinate account receivables and payables;
- To be responsible for daily accounting operation, such as data management, cash planning and budgeting as well as inventory control;
- To assist in the preparation of periodical financial reports and analysis;
- To support audit and legal filing duties, ensure the compliance of laws and regulations;
- To assist in the operation and maintenance of accounting system, ensure the reliability of transaction data;
- To work with China accounting team on daily accounting operations.

- Tertiary education; preferably in Accounting or Finance discipline;
- 1-3 years’ hands-on full set accounting experience; experience in retail industry/ lifestyle brand is an advantage;
- Understanding of/ experience in handling accounting operations for PRC is an advantage;
- Fluent Cantonese; business level of Mandarin; communicative level of oral & written English;
- Good quantitative, analytical and communication skills;
- Detail-minded, well-organized, independent and flexible.
