Client Information Our client is an energetic and fast-growing lifestyle brand, currently expanding to the China market. They devote to the designing and production of high-end consumer products, who is looking for the Marketing Operations and Business Development Manager to join their team. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
Responsibilities
  • To strategize and develop business development strategies to drive business growth, maximize penetration to and enhance brand building in the China market;
  • To monitor the overall marketing operations; plan and implement strategic marketing plan;
  • To maintain strong business partnership in the China market, seek out new potential partners;
  • To work with the local office and streamline the marketing operations and business development strategies.
  • Requirements
  • Degree holder preferably in Business administration/ Marketing or related disciplines; overseas’ study experience is an advantage;
  • 8 years’ experience in business development/ sales/ marketing; experience in retail industry/ lifestyle brand/ licensing business is an advantage;
  • Solid experience in handling the China market is a must;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong marketing sense, open-minded, flexible;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
  • Salary Range
