Client Information Our client is a well-known and fast-growing lifestyle brand for both B-to-B and retail with proven track record in Asia, who is looking for Project Executive / Visual Merchandising & Project Assistant to join their team and support their growing business. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive.Industry: Lifestyle
Responsibilities
  • To support the Project Manager and production team for planning and coordinating the project for retail, events and exhibitions, from conception, design, project planning, on-site management to project evaluation;
  • Perform visual merchandising and / or display designs in line with the company, vendor, mall, securities and other related parties;
  • To coordinate with external partners, including production house, contractors and suppliers for execution of production project;
  • To assist the marketing and production functions for project presentation to different stakeholders.
  • Requirements
  • Tertiary education; preferably in Event Management/ Graphic design/ Art or related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years of working experiences in event/ project management; experienced in visual merchandising will be a strong advantage;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/ Photoshop/ Illustrator/ AI will be a strong advantage;
  • Outstanding analytical consideration, organization and presentation skills;
  • Self-motivated, independent, innovative and creative;
  • A candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Project Executive.
