Our client is a well-known luxury fashion brand with proven track record, who is looking for a Senior CRM & Digital Executive to join their in-store team. A candidate with more experiences will be considered as CRM & Digital Manager.

Responsibilities |
- To define the annual CRM strategy and action plan in line with local marketing strategy and global guidelines;
- Perform CRM-related analysis so as to develop tailor-made CRM program for different POS and assist marketing and sales teams on strategy development and execution;
- To perform analysis on social media platform and website traffic and provide insights on enhancing program effectiveness;
- To work closely with external partners such as digital agencies for E-CRM database management and execution of digital marketing campaigns;
- To consolidate and analyze consumer data to derive business indication and provide related action plan to deliver CRM objectives;
- To lead a team of four and report to Marketing Manager.

- Degree holder with Marketing/ Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship and digital capacity, preferred with exposure to international brands / beauty industry
- Willing to work under pressure in a fast pace environment with high quality
- Strong teamwork, analytical and communication skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
