Client Information Our client is a well-established Japanese Company with proven track in trading industry who is looking for Finance / Accounting Manager to join their team. The Company is head quartered in Japan and its offices are established around the world. Its main product is touch panel product.
Responsibilities
  • Handle finance-related tasks, including year-end consolidation for Japan head quarter, analysis and report
  • Implement management assessment of internal control over financial reporting by J-SOX
  • Prepare accounting report, including report of Shenzhen sales office
  • Execute administrative work, including contact with management office, meet and negotiate with insurance company, assist in preparing annual company gathering, etc.
  • Business trip to Shenzhen office
  • Assist on any other ad hoc projects/assignments
Requirements
  • Business level written and spoken (1) Mandarin and English or (2) Mandarin and Japanese
  • Diploma or above preferred in Finance or Accounting-related course
  • 10 years or above full-time working experience, experience in Finance field preferred
  • Able to handle J-SOX provisions as a MUST
  • Able to handle simple monthly full-set accounting task for Shenzhen sales office
  • Able to go for business trip to Shenzhen (around once per week)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexible, self-motivated and expressive
Salary Range Up to HKD 38,000 + Double Pay
