Client Information The professional and well-known retailer of German and South Korea motor vehicles business with strong global connections is seeking for an (Assistant) Outlet Manager. The role is to sit for the expanding sales team, who will be leading and collaborating with talented professionals. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career at a world class brand. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Outlet Manager.  Industry: Automobiles
Responsibilities
  • Responsible in maintaining guest service and operational standards;
  • Supervise, coach and train outlet/showroom staff;
  • Guide sales team in the outlet and launch sales/marketing activities and ensure target achievement;
  • Monitor budget closely for all costs and expenditure;
  • Identify, formulate and implement sales strategies and sales plans to increase sales volume and explore new customers or market segment in order to have market expansion;
  • Manage all day-to-day activities in the outlet.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of supervisory/management experiences in retail sales environment;
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures;
  • Leadership skills, team work, inter-personal skills;
  • Good organization skills and proactive.
