Client Information The professional and well-known retailer of German and South Korea motor vehicles business with strong global connections is seeking for a CRM & Digital Manager. The role is to sit for the expanding marketing team, who will be collaborating with talented professionals. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career at a world class brand.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior CRM & Digital officer.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible in driving digital awareness and build international loyalty programs;
  • Formulate CRM and Digital marketing strategies, plan and manage marketing budgets;
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with various business stakeholders;
  • Maintain communications with customers via digital platforms;
  • Communicate with external parties to execute digital marketing campaigns;
  • Work on the customer journey and undertake all activities to drive CRM strategy, analytics, initiatives, systems, programs as well as all Digital Marketing.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in any discipline preferably in marketing;
  • More than 6 years of digital marketing or CRM experiences;
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Self-motivator, good supervisory skills, multi-tasking and proactive;
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on experiences in lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior CRM & Digital officer.
