Our client is a fast growing Fashion brand devoted to with proven track record who is looking for a Customer Service Manager/executive to join their team and support their business expansion in the Hong Kong market.Candidate with less experience will be consider as Customer Service executive. |
Responsibilities |
- Liaise with internal customers and vendors on logistics related issues, requests and requirements
- Coordinate between the warehouse and customer to resolve any order or delivery related issues
- Identify and resolve customer returns through appropriate return materials procedures
- Liaise with our outsourced call centre to ensure and maintain high level of customer service levels and to update the call centre agent of any changes in our policies. To conduct customer services training to the call agents if necessary.
- Ensure issues that have major impact on customer satisfaction and sales revenue are escalated to management in a timely manner

Requirements |
- Candidates must be Singaporean
- Call center and Order Fulfilment experience preferred
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of supervisory experience
- Must be highly organized and meticulous, with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and problem solving
- Proactive, Analytical and process oriented
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and interpretation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels
