Responsibilities
  • Involve in specialized human resources support, heavily on recruitment, talent management, employee relations and staff movement from office to front line team;
  • Manage HR support for retail teams of Hong Kong and Macau fashion brand stores;
  • Work closely with retail teams to establish talent development and performance management;
  • Prepare related HR reports and analysis;
  • Review retail teams’ performance and identify their talent to support further development;
  • Participate in regular store visit to review on working environment and staff performance.
Requirements
  • A degree holder, major in Human Resources Management/Business Management is an advantage;
  • 8-10 years’ HR experience with 3 years in managerial role, experience in MNC and retail industry is an advantage;
  • High awareness and passion on MNC atmosphere and luxury retail industry;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill;
  • Mature, detail-minded, ability to adapt dynamic environment
  • Strong planning and organization skills as well as analytical consideration;
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must.
