Our client is a leader in worldwide beauty care field with strong market share and progressive expansion plan. The well-known international company has a large customer following, and has been held in high esteem in the beauty industry who is now looking for a Regional C&B Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities |
- Supports the local teams on salary surveys and market benchmarking
- Responsible for the implementation of the grading methodology and the grading’s updating process
- Helps to assess and implement company rules and policies, working closely with Country HR teams to keep abreast of market C&B trends and evolution, statutory and regulatory changes which may have impact on development of HR policies
- Develops a center of expertise related to intra-APAC employee transfers (impacts on tax, benefits, etc.) with a focus on Singapore
- Coordinates HR reporting processes (monthly headcount report and bi-annually social report), and provide analytical and monitoring support
- Coordinate with Head of HR and General Manager, Asia for the planning, content management and distribution of internal communication to all Asia employees
- Coordinate with respective Internal Communication Managers in Head Office for the sorting and distribution of Global content

Requirements |
- 5 years of experiences in C&B fields
- Fluent English – Cantonese and French is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, able to work remotely
- Project management, driven, proactive, well organized, resourceful, results oriented
