Client Information Our client is a long standing Hong Kong based luxury travel retailer. The group is a subsidiary of a well-known European multi-national luxury goods conglomerate. It consists of duty-free stores located in 17 major airports and 18 downtown Galleria stores, as well as resort locations worldwide. The world’s leading is now looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join their dynamic team and support their growing business. The role is to handle HR related duties. This is an exciting opportunity for those who is eager to pursue a career into a world class brand.

Responsibilities
  • Leave management;
  • On boarding preparation;
  • Prepare and distribute Human Resources related documents;
  • Coordinate on reference check;
  • Support on employee related activities;
  • Handle ad hoc duties.

Requirements
  • Open to fresh graduate or undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines;
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Proactive, detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy and sensitive to data variance;
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good at problem solving and multi-tasking.
