Client Information Our client is a leader in consumer goods industry and has led the quality of the premium product development to another climax over the past years. Their brand is widely acclaimed in different parts of the world with products sold by our strategic worldwide distributors to over 30 countries, and is now looking for a Project Coordinator / Assistant to join their dynamic team and support their growing business.  It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career at an expanding brand.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-budget, on-spec and on-time;
  • Coordinate closely with factories and other external partners, including production house, contractors and suppliers to execute production requests, seek approvals and track timelines;
  • Report project status to Project Manager for feedback and approvals;
  • Provide innovative input to projects design and operations;
  • Assist the marketing and production functions for project presentation to different stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree holder or equivalent in related disciplines is preferred;
  • 1-2 years of working experiences in manufacturing (metal/plastic) industry or toys design is highly preferred;
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Excellent communication skills; Creative thinker
  • Incredible attention to detail, great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize;
  • Possess a positive attitude; Candidate with more experience will be considered as Coordinator role.
