Client Information Our client is a leading real estate developer for Hong Kong and mainland China marketing. The company has diverse investment on properties and is still on expansion in different potential market. The company is now looking for leasing managers who are reported to Senior Manager to join their dynamic team. It would be a great opportunity to develop a career in a reputational corporate.

Responsibilities
  • Account for properties’ leasing and marketing activities;
  • Maintain close relationship with key tenants for the property portfolio;
  • Carry out market research ,analyze data and organize various reports;
  • Evaluate and maintain tenant’s database;
  • Work with internal parties on layout planning, tenants’ fitting out and refurbishment/ revamping works.

 
  • Requirements
  • University degree holder , preferably in Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline;
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience with major developers;
  • Strong market sense and analytical consideration;
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
