The role is to sit for the lifestyle culinary show room, and will be collaborating with talented professionals and valued customers. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career at a world class brand.Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales & Customer Service Associate.Industry: Lifestyle/ Luxury Fashion
Responsibilities
  • Deliver high standard of customer service to welcome and introduce the concept in the store;
  • Reception in the showroom and support in customer events;
  • Understand customers’ needs and handle customer enquiries in a professional manner;
  • Handle sales/customer enquiries and complaints by applying company’s product knowledge and detailed information
  • Support daily retail operations activities and perform clerical & administrative duties.
  • Requirements
  • Diploma holder or above is preferred;
  • At least 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail;
  • Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Welcoming, energetic and positive.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales & Customer Service Associate.
