Responsibilities |
- To lead marketing team to formulate and monitor strategic plans and objectives to achieve organization’s goals
- To develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, public relations, social media, CRM, joint promotions as well as conducting post program analysis for marketing initiatives
- To assist in planning and monitoring annual marketing budget
- To implement marketing communication initiatives to keep loyal customers retention and develop new potential customers
- To manage the production of above-the-line and below-the-line promotion materials
- To communicate and work closely with advertising agencies, production houses, external parties and internal departments for public relations and marketing campaigns
- To handle sales forecast, analysis and budget
- To monitor competitors’ launch and marketing activities as well as preparing competitor analysis and market trend information

Requirements |
- University Graduate
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in marketing management, highly preferably in luxury retail and beauty industry
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Strong retail marketing experience and able to identify market trends
- Good analytical skills and numerical sense, excellent communication, coordination and organization skills
- Independent, proactive, detail minded and multi-tasking
