Our client is a contemporary and fast-growing accessory brand with proven track record, who is looking for a high caliber to join their team and lead the regional training programs for the APAC markets.

Responsibilities |
- To plan and implement training strategy; and ensure the training programs are communicated clearly and adopted effectively by the regional markets;
- To work closely with the market management for training strategy development; as well as training team across APAC on identifying training needs; support the adoption of training strategy and ensure the training delivery is in line with the brand’s direction;
- To coordinate with Sales and Retail Operations Manager in different markets on KPI setting;
- To review the program effectiveness; identify and work on the area for improvement;
- To lead the team and engage in driving, creating and developing the training content and material;
- To be responsible for “Train the trainers” programme;
- To plan and manage the training budget.

- Degree holder, education background in HR/ Training & Development/ Business Administration is an advantage;
- 7 years’ relevant experience preferably in MNC & retail industry with 4 years on the regional role; experience in watch & jewelry/ fashion & accessory sector will be highly regarded;
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; strong writing skills;
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Strategic, multi-tasking, confident, able to work in a fast-paced environment and a good team player;
- Occasional travel is required.
