Client Information Our client is a contemporary and fast-growing accessory brand with proven track record, who is looking for a energetic Store Manager to join their retail operations team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who has a great desire to develop their career in a growing brand.

Responsibilities
  • To manage the daily store operations;
  • To monitor the quality of store presentation and ensure it is in accordance with the brand’s image;
  • To ensure the store’s visual merchandising is in line with the corporate guidelines;
  • To train and coach the front-line sales team and maintain a high level of customer service standard;
  • To be responsible for inventory management and work closely with back-office on inventory replenishment issues;
  • To achieve store sales and KPI targets.
  • Requirements
  • Form 7 or above;
  • 4 years’ store management experience retail industry; experience in watch & jewelry/ fashion & accessory segment will be an advantage;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills;
  • Proactive, energetic, a good team player with customer service mindset.
  • Salary Range
 Negotiable
