Responsibilities	To serve walk-in customers and provide high quality service To handle sales/customer enquiries and complaints by applying company’s product knowledge and detailed information To perform follow up calls to high potential clients to introduce new products lines To understand and support daily retail operations activities To meet set store targets as a team
Requirements	At least 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in luxury retail Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Good communication and presentation skill
