Client Information The leading brand management company is looking for an Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager to join their team. The group manages a portfolio of beauty brands in Greater China markets and aims to bring in quality and healthy beauty brands to the regional markets. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting and financing experience.Candidate with less experience will be consider as Accounting Officer.

Industry: Beauty (Retail and Wholesale)
Responsibilities
  • To handle full set of accounts and supervise the day-to-day general accounting operation
  • To consolidate report, prepare financial statements and cash flow forecast and maintain the related books and records;
  • To ensure accuracy of stock records, costs and movements, and facilitate effective inventory control and management;
  • To perform budgeting, review and reporting on revenue and cost;
  • To improve systems, procedures, initiate corrective actions and provide recommendations to the business functions for enhancing the inventory, accounting and financial management;
  • To liaise with the auditors and coordinate with internal as well as external parties to deliver the required works.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in Accounting and Finance with CPA qualified;
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in consumer goods; preferably retail and wholesale experience;
  • Business level of English and Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Excellent organization, management and supervisory skills
  • Good business sense, willing to learn, energetic and open-minded
