Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for Trade Retail marketing functions including implementation of campaigns and marketing plans, Trade Retail forecasts, presentation and launching of promotional plans and activities, etc. ;
  • Support visual merchandising functions such as rolling out new look, improving signage and recommend on planogram by regions and by stores types;
  • Follow up global key account like coordinate Global calendar for internal and merchant team, harmonizing launching and assortment period, updating pricing;
  • Work with Education Manager on the alignment and execution of companies’ marketing policies with headquarters.
Requirements
  • University degree holder or equivalent academic qualifications;
  • 3 years’ retail experience preferably in retail industry, preferably in Travel Retail and Cosmetic;
  • Fluent English and Cantonese, good command of Mandarin is preferable;
  • Outstanding communication skills, self-motivated and strong team spirit;
  • Passionate in travelling, retail, make up.

  • Conduct sell-in functions from stock management, forecast and follow up orders on POSM, testers and Gift with Purchase (GWP) orders and keep track on novelty order.
  • Ensure execution and alignment of company’s policies and guidelines at point of sales.
  • Responsible for brand image management during design, launching and evaluation of events as well as digital promotions.
  • Work as a team with Retail and training executive and manage a Sales and Retail Coordinator.
  • Requirements
  • University degree holder or equivalent academic qualifications;
  • 5 years’ retail experience preferably in retail industry, preferably in Travel Retail and Beauty;
  • Fluent English and Cantonese, good command of Mandarin is preferable;
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and data analysis skills;
  • Able to travel once per month;
