• Implement training strategies and specific training programs to achieve company objectives;
• Conduct on-going classroom training to all frontline sales staff on product knowledge, application techniques and service skills;

• Provide development program to Make Up specialists and beauticians with feedback and follow-up plans;

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in skincare retailing industry;
• University graduate preferred; Certificated in ITEC and CIBTC diploma in skincare are highly preferred;

• To support the Assistant Marketing Manager in overseeing distributors for brand building and product promotion in overseas market;
• To give guideline or feedback to overseas distributors/partners for new product launch, alignment on brand image from preparation to execution of marketing material

Industry: Luxury Beauty

• Supports the local teams on salary surveys and market benchmarking
• Responsible for the implementation of the grading methodology and the grading’s updating process
• Helps to assess and implement company rules and policies, working closely with Country HR teams to keep abreast of market C&B trends and evolution, statutory and regulatory changes which may have impact on development of HR policies
• Develops a center of expertise related to intra-APAC employee transfers (impacts on tax, benefits, etc.) with a focus on Singapore
• Coordinates HR reporting processes (monthly headcount report and bi-annually social report), and provide analytical and monitoring support
• Coordinate with Head of HR and General Manager, Asia for the planning, content management and distribution of internal communication to all Asia employees

• 5 years of experiences in C&B fields
• Fluent English – Cantonese and French is a plus

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to Marketing Director, including internal meeting coordination, schedule planning;
• Consolidate and analyze the licensing information from business partner to identify potential business opportunity for new product launch;

• Tertiary education in any disciplines, preferably in marketing or business administration;
