  • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments or external parties such as vendors, landlords or suppliers for business functions and events; provide support in corporate communication;
  • Consolidate reports, perform data analysis and assist in the preparation of business reports, proposals or presentations;
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in any disciplines, preferably in business administration;
  • Minimum 7 years’ working experience as a Personal Assistant, with 3 years in serving Director or senior management; experience in serving senior expatriates is highly preferred;
  • Experience in retailing or health and beauty industry will be an advantage;
  • Native Cantonese, fluent English and Mandarin is a must;

  • Establish an image database of all boutiques & counters and ensure information is up-to-date at all times;
  • To support office renovation including organizing office furniture, workstation relocation and data installation;
  • To prepare annual profit plans and monthly repair and maintenance progress report to management;
  • To arrange payment with Finance team for service charges settlement;
Requirements
  • University graduate in Design and/or Interior Architecture preferred;
  • Demonstrable extensive experience in Store Design and or Visual Merchandising;
  • Ideal candidate should have over 5 years of relevant experience in prestige fashion, high-end retail and/or beauty;
  • International experiences is a plus;
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels, both verbally and through drawings;
  • Able to understand architectural details and construction drawings;
  • Strong communication skills;
