  • Manage the forecast validation meeting with the lead of the Business Unit;
  • Manage the supply planning process, manage procurement plans and define adequate supply parameters;
  • Manage stock call-off according to the stock level, and the portfolio fluctuation;
  • Engage and challenge with suppliers to solve issues linked to shortage, quality issues, shipment delay, and all related supply issues;
  • Support on Demand and Supply Planning continuous improvement;
  • Prepare inventory control related report (Shortage report, aging report and etc.) and Brand report periodically for Business Unit.
Requirements
  • Experienced in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, inventory control; with overall understanding of supply chain/operations at Beauty and Healthcare Industry is preferred;
