• To support the formulation of marketing strategic plans to achieve company’s goals;
• To develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, public relations, social media, CRM, joint promotions as well as conducting post program analysis for marketing initiatives;
• To assist in planning and monitoring annual marketing budget;
• To implement marketing communication initiatives to keep loyal customers retention and develop new potential customers;

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in marketing management, highly preferably in luxury retail and beauty industry
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Strong retail marketing experience and able to identify market trends

• Maximize brand retail and net sales in HK & Macau to grow market share, ranking and productivity
• Manage and build up an effective retail team organization (both office and frontline level) and maximize team productivity and performance
• Maximize and enhance POS productivity in all levels, including but not limited to promotion and events, stock, visual merchandising, people and operation management etc.
• Deploy all retail projects to enhance retail efficiency
• Be the market intelligence on key competitors’ activities

Business Analysis & Actions

• Deliver and construct retail, net sales and selling expense budget (both monthly and yearly)
• Develop and explore business strategy by retailers
• Develop sales target and manage sales performance by door to reach the target
• Manage P&L (mainly on staff cost and POS selling expense) and staffing levels by door based on productivity
• Analyze weekly / monthly business and define key priorities / KPI to direct reports and field team
• Work closely with Marketing team to understand strategic product launches and ensure marketing calendar will grow sales
• Analyze and communicate competition’s marketing activities to management
• Compile monthly sales reports / competitors’ reports to management
• Communicate with Marketing and Supply and Demand Planning team to ensure optimum inventory at POS to support business
• Propose and manage the appropriate product assortment based on the customer profile and business strategy of the POS and the brand
• Work with BGM on the business expansion and sales strategy of the brand

Management of retail team

• Guide Retail Manager / Retail Supervisor to get their frontline team to reach sales goals and to deliver the best in class customer service, selling and make up service
• Monthly review KPI performance of frontline team together with both Retail and Training team
• Coach, retain and develop talents with the best-qualified skillsets required to perform and to grow the brand
• Communicate and work closely with Education team to define the training needs and approaches to enhance team productivity
• Regular review, formulate and implement effective and competitive local incentive programs
• Ensure that all counters are appropriately staffed with the right people in a timely manner, manage the recruitment procedure and staff discipline with corrective actions
• Build up a retail team with strong TRIBE spirit and be in a goal driven mode

Operation, Promotion and Animation Management

• Ensure POS follow company and store policies on operation, VM, MUE grooming and HR procedures
• Handle customer complaints after Retail Manager / Retail Supervisor
• Propose and to work with VM to enforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandising, decoration and operation conditions so as to maximize the VM impact at POS
• Maximize POS ROI / KPI performance (both qualitative and quantitative) of promotional activities jointly aligned with Trade Marketing

• At least 8 years’ sales or retail management experience in cosmetics or higher segments consumer goods with 5 years in a managerial role
• University graduate in business is an asset

• An experience with an alternative (makeup) brand is considered an asset
