Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operation of VM team and develop overall display criteria for all boutiques and counters in the local market
  • Plan, develop and implement a visual merchandising plan while controlling the budget
  • Coordinate with different external and internal parties to ensure all displays and promotion materials are aligning the merchandising guidelines
  • Organize the display materials, room sets and decoration for special events
  • Forecast and maintain the stock level of merchandising and POS display materials and update the tester order form regularly
  • Report all VM operations and project progress

Requirement:  

  • Degree holder, design related discipline is preferred
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in visual merchandising (VM), with at least 2 years experiences at VM supervisory capacity
  • Experience in MNC luxury brand is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese
  • Detail-minded, able to meet tight schedule, great communication skills

  • Report to Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Manager, Travel Retail, providing design and support to the implementation of retail projects
  • Present design proposals with 3D rendering for both internal and external parties
  • Collaborate with external parties to ensure the process of furniture design, production and installation is completed as per design and as scheduled
  • Align the cost of the projects with market price and review quotations from contractors
