Responsibilities

  • To monitor campaign delivery results, KPI and account management
  • To manage new launched product, including product development, knowledge sharing and work closely with Sales Team on project pitching
  • To evaluate the performance of initiatives and review campaigns and the latest trends with the aid of Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Sizmek and Coremetric, etc
  • To interact with potential and existing clients to build up and sustain relationships with them
  • To drive innovation in digital media such as PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display, Social, Analytics to seek for new opportunities to achieve growth targets with a focus on new customer acquisition
  • To lead and develop team members

Requirements

  • With Bachelor degree or above, preferably in e-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Communications or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years’ working experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and/or Search Engine Optimization (SEO), website project or digital media planning
  • Strong understanding of attribution and its impact on budgeting and planning
  • Knowledge in China market is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Strong team spirit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Presentation skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive positions

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the merchandising and buying strategies to achieve business goals including the sales, gross profit margin and volume in Macau market
  • Manage and control the buying process to ensure the services to all BUs are delivered effectively
  • Search and liaise with suppliers to ensure they comply with different quality standards and vendor requirements
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key suppliers
  • Monitor sales activities and merchandise displays by application of planograms in stores
  • Conduct data analysis and product review to understand market dynamics and identify market opportunities

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG with buying and merchandising experience in health, personal care, baby care and beauty products for Macau market
