Forecaster – Travel Retail APAC Marketing Team
The top international and luxury group is seeking for a Forecaster to join their energetic team to support the important and growing Asia Pacific Travel Retail business and the marketing director by monitoring the forecasting and ordering processes in line with brand’s marketing strategy. Responsibilities
- Monitor Forecasting process; forecast of all saleable products through forecasts system (both novelty and catalog products); forecast and planning of non-saleable products;
- Monitor Rolling Forecasts on a monthly basis to ensure it is on track with the trends;
- Report to TR APAC Marketing Director
- Work on all sell in reporting for monthly review with management and supply team;
- Monitor and communicate after-launch results as to improve short and long term forecasts accuracy;
- Compare and analyze sales plans and forecasts with actual results;
- Assist GM and Marketing Director during annual budget and products analysis;
- Monitor product availability and delivery to retailers; Deal with Demand and Supply department in Paris for main products;
- Follow up monthly product availability vs forecasts vs sales targets;
- Coordinate product allocation with Marketing, Sales, Supply teams
Requirements
- 4-5 years Marketing Planning / Sales Forecasting / Supply Chain Planning experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Marketing Planning / Forecasting / Supply Chain concepts and applications
- Proficiency in Future Master
- English proficiency (French would be a big plus)
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)
- Ability to animate reviews with top management
- Proficient in Excel
- Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
