Responsibilities

  • To lead and implement the communication campaigns with focus on PR activities and events;  influencer management and digital media;
  • To manage the earned media channels and mixmize the brand coverage;
  • To be responsible for digital media monitoring, from influencer, editorial outlets to digital media channels for campaign execution;
  • To monitor the influencer programs; build and maintain a strong network with KOL/ influencer and ensure the alignment of the brand’s image and message;
  • To coordinate with Central teams and markets regarding events, campaigns, editorial efforts and influencer programs and ensure the strategy alignment.

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably in marketing/ PR or related discipline;
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with regional exposure in luxury retail sector; experience in beauty brands will be highly regarded;
  • Strong digital savvy with business sense, exposure to traditional marketing is an advantage;
  • Fluent Chinese and English;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Presentable, energetic and a good team player;
  • Frequent travel is required.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement CRM strategies across digital and physical consumer touchpoints and ensure the regional execution is in line with the global direction;
  • To drive leads acquisition and grow customer database in Asia Pacific region;
  • To monitor and implement policies, guidelines, standards and best practice for VIP and loyalty programs;
  • To work closely with the digital marketing and ecommerce teams on identifying and developing strategies for more effective targeting and personalization across different social media platform with the use of CRM data;
  • To drive omni-channel roll-out project for the region;
  • To monitor and analyze the result of CRM programs and derive corresponding enhancement plan.

 

Requirement:  

  • Degree holder, education background in Marketing/ Information Management or other related discipline is an advantage;
  • 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in luxury retail sector; experience in luxury beauty brands will be highly regarded;
  • CRM exposure in agency environment will be a plus;
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in other Asian language will be a plus;

Responsibilities:

  • To act as a project leader to implement 360 degrees launch program and visual merchandising;
  • To ensure launch readiness working with headquarter and regional team members and right sizing of new launches with their trade plans;
  • To keep liaison with local marketing teams in Marketing teams and update Marketing Plan;
  • To classify common needs amongst market and initiate regional program to close gaps in Central offer;
  • To identify trends and opportunity by conducting category analysis regularly.

 

Requirement:  

  • At least 5 years in Product Marketing within International environment.
  • Local market experiences a must, preferably in Cosmetics. Experience in luxury brands a plus.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin (ability in Cantonese and French and other Asian languages a plus).
  • Experience in marketing including a good understanding in CRM and digital marketing

  • To Participate with marketing team in creating some retailtainments concept during animation
